We have a 30-day return policy for most products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Just for the DreamNest, we offer an exclusive 90-Night Trial, allowing you to return the product within 90 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped. To be eligible for cancellation, the request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the standard return policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
